Creamed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 10 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 small onion, diced

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper until smooth and piping hot.

  2. Combine with spinach and onion.

  3. Simmer over medium/low heat until cooked smooth throughout.
