Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes or hot sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

Whisk together all ingredients from stock to garlic and reserve.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in wok, add pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add egg, tip pan to make thin omelette.

Cover and cook 2 minutes until set.

Using spatula, fold over and slide out of pan.

Add remaining oil, stir fry onion 5 minutes.

Increase heat to high, add peppers, cook 3 minutes.

d peas and reserve from step 1.

Boil 2 minutes until liquid is syrupy.

Add rice and green onions, toss 3 minutes.

Add egg.
