Ingredients
- 2-1/2 lb mutton or lamb, diced
- 7 large potatoes, cut into eights
- 6 large carrots, sliced thickly
- 1 spanish onion, diced
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups Guinness
- 4 Tbsp HP Sauce
- S&P
Directions

Place meat in pot with a little oil and brown until tender.

Add vegetables, water and Guinness and simmer until vegetables cooked and potatoes have slightly thickened the liquid.

Add HP and S&P.

Serve with Irish soda bread.
