Chili

Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef (or substitute tempeh + olive oil for vegetarian), seasoned with salt and ground pepper.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 or 3 - 15oz cans kidney beans, with liquid
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Directions

Brown meat/tempeh.

Add all other ingredients. Simmer 1+ hours. Serve with rice or grated cheese and chopped onions.
