Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-lbs red potatoes
  • 1/4-cup fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3-tbsp melted butter
  • 2-tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes, peel away a small strip of skin around the center of each.

  2. Toss with rosemary, garlic, butter and oil in medium backing dish.

  3. Cover with lid and cook at 375 for 35-45 min. Turn gently every 10 min.
