Ingredients
- 2 1/2-lbs red potatoes
- 1/4-cup fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-tbsp melted butter
- 2-tbsp oil
Directions

Scrub potatoes, peel away a small strip of skin around the center of each.

Toss with rosemary, garlic, butter and oil in medium backing dish.

Cover with lid and cook at 375 for 35-45 min. Turn gently every 10 min.
