Fresh Herbed Turkey breast

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 pound split turkey breast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions

Mix together the softened butter, sage, tarragon, garlic, pepper, and salt.

Rub the butter mixture all over the turkey breast.

Place the turkey breast in the Crock-Pot slow cooker.

Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until done.

Remove the turkey breast from the stoneware.

Turn the Crock-Pot slow cooker on HIGH and slowly whisk in the cornstarch into collected juices.

When the sauce is thick and smooth, pour over the turkey breast.

Slice to serve.
