Fig Preserves and Rosemary Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3oz) pkg. goat cheese, softened
  • 1 tbl. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
  • Fig preserves

Directions

  1. Grease a miniature loaf pan or 1 1/2 cup mold, line with plastic wrap, making it smooth and allowing edges to extend slightly over edges of pan or mold. Set aside

  2. Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor 15 seconds or until smooth.

  3. Spoon cheese mixture into prepared pan or mold. cover and chill at least 2 hours.

  4. Unmold cheese onto a serving plate, remove plastic wrap. Stir preserves, and spoon desired amount over cheese.
