Raducchio Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups torn raddichio leaves, about 1/2 large head
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 4 fresh dates, pitted and diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine raddichio, spinach, grapes, and dates in large salad bowl.

Toss gently.

For dressing, stir together lime juice and honey in small bowl until honey dissolves.

Whisk in oil, salt and pepper.

Drizzle over salad just before serving.
