red lentil curry with coconut milk

Ingredients
- 4 TBS vegetable oil
- 2 TBS minced garlic
- 2 TBS minced fresh ginger
- 4 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 can coconut milk
- 2 cups dried red lentils
- TBS sugar (or to taste)

saute garlic and ginger and curry and turmeric. add coconut milk and lentils. simmer (don’t boil) till lentils are mushy
