Swiss steak and Gravy

Ingredients
- 6 Cubed steaks (beef - 8 oz ea)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 small onion (1/4 cup chopped)
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, undrained (6 oz)
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (10-3/4 oz. ea.)
Directions

Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper

Place beef in 4 qt. Crock-Pot

Sprinkle onion and mushrooms with liquid between layers of beef

pour soup over beef

cover and cook on low heat setting 7-8 hours or until beef is tender
