Pumpkin Pie

This is the best pumkin pie ever

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 uncooked pie shell (deep dish)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell

Bake @ 375 for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean when put into middle of pie.

Cool and serve with whipped cream
