Ingredients
- Do your Christmas baking of cookies, breads, fudge, etc early in the season while you have time and can enjoy doing it.
- For cookies, just put them in a gallon freezer bag after they have cooled.
- For breads, slice and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Then put the slices in a gallon freezer bag.
- For fudge, slice and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Then put the slices in a gallon freezer bag.

When it comes time to make up your “goodie” plates, boxes or whatever container used, all you have to do is assemble them.

This also works great for unexpected guests and the “what can I offer them.” Take whatever is needed out of the freezer and pop in the micro to thaw and warm. It’s like fresh baked!
