Ingredients
- • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
- • 1/3 cup pine nuts
- • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- • 3-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; pulse until uniform consistency, but with some texture remaining.

Use on pasta, pizza, as a spread, filling in breads, etc. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days or frozen for longer storage. This is a very flavorful but potent herb mixture. A little goes a long way!
