Crab Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 cans homogenized milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup crab meat

Directions

  1. Place crab meat in a large sieve and rinse with cold water

  2. Pat dry with paper towels

  3. In a saucepan, mix soup, milk and wine with a whisk

  4. Add crab to soup mixture and heat thoroughly over low to medium heat, stirring often

  5. Do not boil
