Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cup chopped peeled apples
- topping:
- mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup nuts in a bowl
Directions

preheat oven to 350, grease a 9×13 in pan

beat, oil, sugar, and egg together until well mixed

stir in vanilla

sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix dry ingred into battet until well blended

add appples and nuts and stir until well blended

sprinkle toppings over cake and bake at 35 for 30-35 min, and do toothpick test

can be served with ice cream or whipped cream
