Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder (for fluffier pancakes, add a little more baking powder)
- 2 eggs
Directions

Put butter in a small pan on low heat to melt

In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder

In another bowl, mix eggs and melted butter

Whip egg mix and milk into the flour mixture

On medium heat, pour batter in pan for the desired size of pancake

Cook until middle is bubbly and edges are slightly dry, then flip the pancake

Cook a few more minutes, then serve
