Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/4 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• Topping
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

1. Cream together eggs, sugar and butter

2. Add sour cream and vanilla then add dry ingredients

3. You can also add blueberries, apples or raisins to the batter

4. Make topping

5. Mix together sugars, flour, cinnamon and butter

6. To make glaze combine milk and powdered sugar

7. Grease tube pan. Add half the batter, half of the topping, batter, then remaining topping

8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes

9. Drizzle on the glaze
