Chilli-spiced broccoli

Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- t tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- broccoli (for 4)
Directions

Toast sesame seeds and reserve.

Heat oil, add chilli, ginger, and garlic.

Add broccoli.

Fry 1 minute.

Add soy, vinegar and sugar.

Fry 2 minutes or until broccoli is cooked (may add a little water if needed).

Sprinkle with seeds.
