- 7/2 CUP PARMESIAN CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 TSP PARSLY FLAKES
- 2 TSP BASLE LEAVES
- 1/3 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC
- 1/2 RICOTTA CHEESE
- 1/8 OZ CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE

LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL

ADD GROUND BEEF, BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESIAN CHEESE, CHOPPED ONIONS, PARSLEY, 1 1/2 TSP BASIL, MINCED GARLIC, 1/2 TSP OF SALT, AND 1/4 TSP OF PEPPER. MIX WELL.

SPREAD 1/2 OF THE MIX INTO A 9X5X3 INCH LOAF PAN.

STIR TOGETHER 1 EGG RICOTTA CHEESE, 1/2 TSP SALT, 1/4 TSP OF PEPPER.

MIX WELL AND SPREAD OVER THE MEAT.

TOP WITH THE REMAINING MEAT MIXTURE COVERING THE CHEESE.

POUR TOMATO SAUCE.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTILL DONE.
