Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ripe blackberry
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ounce brandy
- 8 ounces champagne or 8 ounces prosecco, chilled
Directions
- With a wooden pestle or spoon, crush the blackberries with the sugar in a cocktail shaker.
- Let macerate for a few minutes.
- Add the brandy and strain into two champagne flutes.
- Top each with 4 ounces of champagne.
