Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
Directions

Toast walnuts in a dry saute pan on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes or until the nuts begin to release their oils and look slightly toasted, set aside.

In a small sauce pan combine the remainder of ingredients and cook on med-high heat until it boils, then stir in nuts and take off heat. Let sauce cool until warm.
