Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups (4 oz) French's French Fried Onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 (5 oz) boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten

Crush French Fried Onions with flour in a plastic bag.

Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked through.

Zesty tip: substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French’s Mustard instead of beaten egg.
