Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (4 oz) French's French Fried Onions
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 (5 oz) boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Crush French Fried Onions with flour in a plastic bag.

  2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

  3. Bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked through.

  4. Zesty tip: substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French’s Mustard instead of beaten egg.
