Sweet Chicken

Serve with egg noodles. Bobb serves with steames green beans!

Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can of tomato puree
  • 1 jar of chili sauce (I made my own)
  • 1/3 or 1/2 cup of maple syrup (I used agave)
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 rounded tablespoons of wet mustard

Directions

  1. Sautee onions

  2. add chicken until almost done

  3. add the remaining ingredients

  4. add salt and pepper to taste

  5. Cook for about 10 minutes
