Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 8 ounce brie
- 1 loaf french baguette
Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Coarsely chop 1/4 cup almonds

Combine chopped almonds, sugar, and mustard

Cut brie in half horizontally

Place one half, cut side up, on stone

Spread half of sugar mixture over this half

Top with other half, cut side up

Spread remaining sugar mixture on top

Sprinkle with remaining almonds

Cut baguette into 24 slices

Arrange slices on stone and spray with oil

Bake 8-10 minutes or until bread is golden brown and brie begins to soften

Let stand 5 minutes before serving
