Creamed Spinach

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • Salt & pepper
  • Half & half cream

Directions

  1. Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain.

  2. Place in pan.

  3. Add butter.

  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

  5. With portable beater, slowly add cream until desired consistency.

  6. Adjust to taste.
