Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Cheese crackers
Directions

Cook and drain broccoli

Mix mayo, mushroom soup in casserole dish with cooked broccoli.

Stir in eggs, one at a time.

Stir in cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle top with crushed cheese crackers.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
