- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3 1/2 oz. Crumbled goat cheese (optional)
Directions

Cook Orzo pasta according to directions on box

Combine with other ingredients.
