sauteed green beans with tomatoes
(from wearyaswater’s recipe box)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- fresh green beans (a bunch)
- 3-4 tomatoes (fresh and diced, or a 28oz can of diced tomatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil (just a bit)
- salt (to taste)
Directions

heat oil in frying pan.

when it is hot, add the garlic.

saute garlic for a minute or two.

add fresh green beans, saute for a minute or two.

add tomatoes.
- cook until the green beans turn a vibrant shade of green (save the crunch!).

salt to taste and enjoy!
