Crock pot barbecue beef

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 1⁄4 cup molasses
  • 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. dried onion
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1⁄4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. paprika

Directions

  1. Place beef in crock pot on low.

  2. Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour over beef.

  3. Cook all day on low.

  4. If using a roast, you can pull it apart during the last hour of cooking to increase the flavor throughout the beef.
