Sangrita Rooster Tail

Traditional Mexican drink. Two part cocktail—take a sip of sangrita, then follow with a sip of tequila.

Ingredients
- Sangrita:
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Tabasco sauce (1-2 dashes or to taste)
- Tequila shot:
- premium tequila , to taste (Commerativo or Herradura)
Directions

Mix all the sangrita ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours (needs to be very cold).

Serve the sangrita in highball glasses (can garnish with a fresh chile pepper and a sprinkle of cumin).

Serve the tequila in shot glasses beside the rosy sangrita.
