Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, cook in rice cooker, keep warm
- 3 medium carrots, julienne
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli, bite size pieces
- 20 oz canned pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth

prepare vegetables

drain pineapple, reserve liquid

combine pineapple juice, tamari, broth

add liquid to hot wok

add veggies, stir fry until cooked

add warm rice

add pineapple chunks

add more tamari if desired
