Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 6 slices bread - cut 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown sausage and crumble.

  3. In large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

  4. Stir in bread cubes, sausage and cheese.

  5. Place in greased pan

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
