Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 ;lb ground pork
  • 1 C cooked rice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp blk pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • Sauce:
  • Store bought cheats
  • 1 bottle (13.75 ounce) La Choy Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 C Kikkoman soy sauce (low sodium, if you like)

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients

  2. Roll into 2 inch balls

  3. Brown on all sides in a skillet

  4. Drain on paper towel

  5. Add to crock pot with sauce

  6. Cook until warm and meatballs reach desired internal doneness
