Chocolate Frosted Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  • 20 whole graham crackers
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 5-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 3/4 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Directions

  1. Line a 9×13 pan with graham crackers, breaking if necessary.

  2. Pour cold milk into a bowl; add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend in whipped topping. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and cover with another layer of graham crackers. Carefully spread frosting over top layer of graham crackers.

  3. Refrigerate OVERNIGHT before serving.
