Ingredients

  • 4 large protobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers

Directions

  1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals.

  2. Place mushrooms on rack; grill, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until tender.

  3. Place cheese over mushrooms, and grill 1 additional minute to melt cheese.
