Granola (Cherry Almond)

Ingredients
- 4 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 C Coconut
- 2 C Sliced Almonds
- 1 1/2 C Dried Cherries-chopped
- 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 C Honey
- 2 t Cinnamon
Directions

Toss the first four ingredients together. Spread on a baking sheet with sides.

Mix together the oil, honey and cinnamon. Pour over the oat mixture and toss to coat.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes stirring it every five minutes
