Oatmeal Snack Bar

Serves 9 people

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (may substitute with almonds)
- 3/4 cup dried fruit (1/4 cup cranberry, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chapped chopped dried banana...could also use coconut, other dried fruit or nuts)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1.25 cups skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in small bowl.

Pour wet into dry and stir.

Pour into 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment (last is best method).

Bake for 40 minutes.

Cut into 9 squares.
