Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1 oz) packaged dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine dressing mix, oil, and vinegar and place in large resealable plastic bag. Mix together and add chicken to bag. Seal and shake to coat. Work mixture into the meat.

  2. Refrigerate to marinate for at least one hour or overnight if possible.

  3. Preheat over to Broil/Grill.

  4. Remove chicken from bag, discarding any remaining marinade. Broil for about 10 mins or until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
