Creamed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 chicken, cut up (you can use chicken breasts)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream

Directions

  1. Melt a stick of butter in pan you’re going to use.

  2. Roll chicken in butter and put in 350º oven and let bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Then you take a can of cream of chicken soup and daub it over the top of the chicken, and then bake for about an hour.

  4. Then put sour cream over the top of it (8-12 oz) and cook for 15 more minutes.

  5. After you take the chicken out, stir up the drippings and that’s your gravy.
