- 1 lb uncooked ground chicken or turkey
- 2 med. onions
- 1 med. green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 fresh jalapeno
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- whole wheat buns

Combine ground chicken breast, onions, pepper, garlic, chile pepper, cumin, and oregano. Cook over med. heat until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; heat through
