Ingredients
- Filling
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 10 1/2 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 can, 4 oz. chopped green chiles, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded jack or cheddar cheese.
- Basic crepe batter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp. butter melted
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

Mix up crepe batter, all ingredients, into blender

and let stand for 1 hour for perfect crepes.

Mix together filling ingredients in saucepan and heat.

Place in finished crepes and enjoy.
