Chicken Crepes

Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 10 1/2 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 can, 4 oz. chopped green chiles, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded jack or cheddar cheese.
  • Basic crepe batter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

  1. Mix up crepe batter, all ingredients, into blender

  2. and let stand for 1 hour for perfect crepes.

  3. Mix together filling ingredients in saucepan and heat.

  4. Place in finished crepes and enjoy.
