Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut into sm. pieces
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 head, finely shredded napa cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. chicken ramen
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced
- Dressing:
- Seasoning from noodles
- 1 tbsp. sugar or 1 pkg. equal
- 1/2 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

Break up dry noodles. Mix with cabbage, chicken and onions. Pour dressing. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Top with sesame and almonds.

You can substitute crab, shrimp, turkey or tuna.
