Fresh Herb Flatbread

Cook time: 12 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz tube crescent rolls
  • 1/4 c fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent dough and separate into two rectangles.

  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll each into a 10 × 7 rectangle, sealing seams and perforations.

  3. Place one rectangle on an ungreased baking sheet.

  4. Sprinkle herbs to within 1/2" of edges.

  5. Top with remaining dough and pinch edges to seal.

  6. Brush with egg.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese.

  8. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
