Grandma’s Fresh Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 3 green onions
- 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

Slice mushrooms and green onion

Sautee in bottom of pan a few minuntes

Add 2 cans of chicken broth and enough water to make a quart.

Bring to a boil

Cover & simmer 15 minutes

Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbs of butter and add 2 Tbs flour w/wisk until it bubbles

Take it off the burner.

Pour a few spoonfuls of soup in and blend.

Then, add remainder to the soup and wisk.

Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 cup of half & half
