Grandma’s Glazed Orange Rolls

Ingredients
- Roll:
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 1 c milk
- 3 Tbs butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 c flour
- Mixture:
- 1/2 c sugar
- 6 Tbs soft butter
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- Glaze:
- 2 c powdered sugar
- orange juice
Directions

Place sugar, butter and salt in large bowl.

Bring milk to boil and pour over bowl to melt butter.

Beat eggs and add to mixture, stir well.

When lukewarm, add yeast and mix.

Add flour and form ball.

Let rise until about double in size.

Place on floured board, cut in two pieces. Flatten into two rectangles.

Spread mixture on rectangles.

Roll up like jelly roll and slice 3/4" thick slices.

Place cut side down on baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.

Have glaze ready, moisten sugar with orange juice until a little thinner than frosting.

As soon as out of oven, glaze rolls.
