Dill Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. olive or canola oil
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. dill weed
  • 1/2 t. dried parsley
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. black pepper
  • 1/8 t. celery seeds

Directions

  1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all 10 ingredients; shake well.

  2. Serve with salad.

  3. Refrigerate leftovers. Shake well before serving.
