Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of day old rice
- (2) stalks of Green Onion
- (4) cloves of minced garlic
- (1) cup of sweet snap peas or you can use regular frozen peas
- Pork belly
- (1/2) block of Spam
- Kimchi & the juice
- (1 1/2) TBS of sesame oil
- (1) egg for frying
Directions

- chop/dice up your meats and veggies into cubes & set aside

- Heat up your skillet with 3-4 TBS of EVOO (extra oil makes the rice taste amaze). Add in your garlic

- Immediately add in your chopped meats & let them brown & crisp up a bit
-
-add in your snap peas & scallions (let the bunch get happy)

-Prepare your kimchi by draining the liquid & dicing into strips, add the kimchi & juice to the skillet
- -continue to add your rice and mix thoroughly. You can let the rice fry in the skillet for extra crispness

-you can also add a fried egg to to your dish (I recommend it!)
