Ingredients
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 bunches asparagus coarse s/p
- 2 tp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Directions

In large skillet, cook bacon cut into 1" pcs. over med stir occasinally until browned and crisp 8-10 min. With slotted spoon transfer to paper towels to drain.

Add 2 bunches asparagus trimmed and cut into 1" pcs to skillett season with s/p. Cook about 10 min until asaparagus is tender.

Remove from heat stir in bacon, dijon mustard and fresh parsley.
