- 3 tablespoons ruby grapefruit juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper

Preheat the broiler.

In a small bowl, blend the grapefruit juice, oil, mustard, oregano, and pepper.

Place the salmon, skin-side down, on the broiler pan.

Brush with the grapefruit mixture.

Broil 6 inches from the heat for 8 min-utes, or until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
