Beef Stir-fry

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 packages beef ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef cuts
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • soy sauce
  • 1 can baby corns
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine corn starch and 2 tbsp beef broth. Set aside.

  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

  3. In a skillet, stir-fry the beef in oil. Add soy sauce.

  4. Stir in the corn, broccoli, carrots and remaining beef broth.

  5. Add drained noodles and ramen seasoning packets.

  6. Cook 6 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  7. Add corn starch mixture and bring to a boil.
