Beef Stir-fry

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 3 people
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 packages beef ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef cuts
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- soy sauce
- 1 can baby corns
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
Directions

In a small bowl, combine corn starch and 2 tbsp beef broth. Set aside.

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

In a skillet, stir-fry the beef in oil. Add soy sauce.

Stir in the corn, broccoli, carrots and remaining beef broth.

Add drained noodles and ramen seasoning packets.

Cook 6 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add corn starch mixture and bring to a boil.
